A k tomu, aby sme zabr\u00e1nili n\u00e1\u0161mu fyzick\u00e9mu ako aj psychick\u00e9mu vy\u010derpaniu, je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd vitam\u00edn B a magn\u00e9zium. N\u00e1jdite si \u010das na prech\u00e1dzku, pr\u00edpadne na individu\u00e1lny \u0161port.
